Sturgeons in the FAO Report of Inland Fishery

The new FAO Report of Inland Fishery, compiling information on fish catches at a basin level, mentions also sturgeon fishery. Over 45 rivers and great lake basins supporting inland fisheries, sturgeon fishery is reported in 9 rivers and two lakes. To make easier for sturgeonists to reach the information regarding sturgeons, the specific paragraphs have been highlighted in yellow in the document. The rivers are the Pearl River, the Yangtze River, the Amur River, the Ob-Irtysh River, the Ural River, the Volga River, the Danube River, the Mississippi River; the lakes are the Caspian Sea and the Canadian Great Lakes.
